Once per day for anyone with the haunted one background,you can harness the burning fear or pain inside you.On your turn you can activate this as a bones action to temporarily increase your strength by 4 and ignore damage for the rest of your turn as well as be given extra attack if your player does not have it already. when this ends your character has 1 point taken off of their charisma for the next half hour.
