When a Half Dragon attains this feat, their wings become fully functional, or they sprout fully functional Draconic Wings. This feat provides the following benifits
+1 to Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution.
A fly speed equal to their walking speed. This flight my only be used when not wearing heavy armor, or over encumbered.
This feat may only be taken by a Half Dragon
