Once activated, you and up to five other creatures of your choice receive temporary hit points equal to twice your level plus your Constitution modifier. Additionally, you and friendly creatures within 30 feet of you gain proficiency with all weapons, armor, and tools for ten minutes. Once this ability is used, it can’t be used again for seven days.
