Cult Initiate

You are an initiate in a cult: work with your GM to determine their beliefs and goals. As part of your initiation you have been taught how to take part in Casting Ceremonies. For each creature with this feat that takes part in a Casting Ceremony, the effective Spell Level of a spell scroll being cast as part of the ceremony is reduced by 1 for the purpose the spellcasting check required to cast the spell if the scroll is a higher level than the reader is normally able to cast. If enough creatures with this feat are involved in the ritual the effective spell level of the scroll can be reduced below zero, causing the spellcasting check DC to be less than 10, but not below 0. Casting a spell from a scroll in this manner adds 1 minutes to the casting time per creature involved if the spell is normally a ritual, or 5 min per creature involved if the spell usually takes 1 action or bonus action to cast.
