Prerequisite: The ability to cast a spell without consuming a spell slot once per long rest.
Any spells you can cast once per long rest without consuming a spell slot can now be cast once per short rest. This does not apply to the warlock class feature Mystic Arcanum. It is intended to augment minor spellcasting such as that from racial features and from the Magic Initiate Feat.
