You have become a master at cooking delicious food. You gain proficiency in Cook's Utensils if you do not have this proficiency already. You may add twice your proficiency bonus to ability checks made with Cook's Utensils.
Additionally, over the course of a short rest you can cook a number of Hearty Meals or Quick snacks equal to either your wisdom or intelligence modifier; your choice (minimum of 1) using Cook's Utensils and sufficient ingredients.
A Hearty Meal is consumed in the same short rest it is produced, and any creature that consumes it may recover a number of Hit Die equal to your Wisdom or Intelligence modifier, your choice (minimum of 1) These Hit Die can be expended as part of the same short nest in which they are gained. A creature can only benefit from a Hearty Meal once, and cannot do so again until they finish a long rest.
A Quick Snack can be consumed at any time within the next 24 hours using a bonus action. Doing so allows a creature to spend one Hit Die to heal themselves. They must roll the die, add either your Wisdom or intelligence modifier, and regain number of hit points equal to the total (minimum of 1)
