The union of a mortal woman and the Greek god Poseidon have birthed a child. Unaware of your heritage, these abilities manifest later in life only after you become aware of your parentage. These gifts only manifest upon the DM's decision. You are the Child of the Sea God and have been granted gifts and abilities by your Father.
Ability Score Increase
-Your Constitution and Dexterity scores increase by 1.
Languages
-You can now speak and understand Celestial.
Child of the Sea God
-You gain a swim speed of 40 feet. You can breathe underwater. Temperature and pressure (depth) of water have no effect on you.
One with Water
-You gain the ability to cast Shape Water as a cantrip.
-At Higher Character Levels you gain the ability to cast Control Water once per day.
Healing Waters
-While you are submerged in water and have less than half of your maximum hp, you regain 1 HP every round. Up to a maximum of Half your Max HP. (Granted at Level 5)
Father of Horses
-Poseidon created horses out of seafoam. This grants you the ability to understand their emotional states and concepts. You also have Advantage on Animal Handling Checks related to all Equestrian animals.
God of Earthquakes
-Poseidon is the God of Earthquakes. As his child, you may cast Earth Tremor once per long rest.
Ocean’s Rage
-While you are standing in saltwater all melee attacks have Advantage. You must be at least ankle-deep or more to trigger this effect. (Granted at Level 8)
