Prerequisite: You must have Dexterity and Intelligence of at least 20
- You can add half of your Proficiency bonus to ranged attacks and damage rolls with a Shortbow/Longbow
- Being closer/farther to the target doesn't impose disadvantage on you
- Your Dexterities maximum is now 30
