If you are about to die either by damage going over you total health or by failing your last death save, you are able to come back from the dead for one turn more. When you activate this feat on the turn you die you immediately get to use an action to cast a spell or attack with a melee weapon, but no bonus actions and you can walk your normal walk speed. And any attack or spell automatically hits, and the target fails any saving throw it would have to make for that attack.
