When you take this feat you receive the following benefits

   * Gain one level of armor proficiency you don't have ( e.g. No armore becomes light armor,  medium armor becomes  heavy armor proficiency) 

   *  Gain proficiency in 4 Simple or marshals weapon suitable to the type of military unit you  trained  with.
