Disarmer

You gain the following benefit when you take this feat:

• Increase your Strength or Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You make take the Disarm action.  The disarm action lets you make a grapple check against a creature to take the weapon they are wielding, so long as you are within 5 ft of that creature and you have both hands free.
