With multiple Runes you are also able to activate both of the, together.
To activate them together again, however, you must wait for 2 Long Rests to pass in order to use either rune again.
Upon double activation, you become aware of the construction of the world around you. You may choose to construct or create objects that do not yet make sense, so long as you have the proper materials to build it.
This includes but is not limited to:
- creating constructions that have a will.
- weaponry that shoots magic from only particular schools of magic
- items that are soul bound and can only be used by specific individuals
- etc.
This however does not mean there are not consequences to your actions...
