Prerequisite: The ability to cast spells at the third level
You have practiced twisting and combining spells to increase their potency, learning techniques that allow you to twine spells.
You may combine the effects of two different non-cantrip spells and cast them as one action. Both spells must have a casting time of one action. You may not cast two spells that require concentration and the spells must be at their base level.
When you cast a spell in this way you must expend a spell slot of at least one level above the combined spells.
