You gain tremorsense out to 10 feet and blindsense out to 30 feet. Additionally, once per long rest you can use a bonus action to focus your senses, doubling the range on your tremorsense and blindsense. While in this heightened state, You are able to take the Dodge action as a bonus action for 1 minute.
