Prerequisite: Wizard; Intelligence of 16 or higher; Level of 3 or higher.
- When you cast a spell that deals lightning damage, you can re-roll rolls of 1 and 2, for the damage roll, or attack roll.
- When you cast a spell that deals thunder damage, you can re-roll rolls of 1 and 2, for the damage roll, or attack roll.
- When you cast a spell that deals lightning damage, you can use your reaction to re-roll any rolls of 20, 19, or 18, for any targets of the spell's saving throw(s)
- When you choose this feat, you gain the spell Thunder Wave
- When you choose this feat, you gain the spell Call Lightning and if you have no 3rd level spell slots, gain a 3rd level spell slot. you loose this extra spell slot when you gain a 3rd level spell slot.
