Despoina's gift

Prerequisites- you have to be a devoted follower of goddess despoina
You must pray to the goddess once every 2 weeks in game or make a suitable tribute to her.

You have been blessed by the goddess despoina. You have a permanent dragonlike tail that can be used as unarmed strike which deals elemental damage of the dragon's type and an increase to your constitution score of 1 (not to exceed 20)

you can use your action to unleash the divine energy, causing your eyes to glimmer and two dragon wings to sprout from your back.

Your transformation lasts for (constitutionMod*2)(minimum 1) rounds. During it, you have a flying speed of 40 feet, and once on each of your turns, you can deal extra elemental damage (depending on the colour of dragon you choose when you receive this boon) to one target when you deal damage to it with an attack or a spell. The extra elemental damage is 1d4. 1d6 at lv 5 1d8 at level 11 1d10 at level 15 and 1d12 at lv 19.

Once you use this trait, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
