Elemental Curse

Choose a type of damage of acid, cold, fire, or lightning. When you are stuck by a melee attack, you curse the target causing them to have vulnerability to that damage type. If the target is immune to the damage type then they only have resistance. If the target has resistance to the damage type then they lose the resistance. This effect lasts until the targets next turn.
