Your keen sense of how the wind is turning allows you to make predictions on what the weather is going to be, even so far as having some influence over it yourself.

• Increase your Wisdom score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You gain proficiency in the Survival skill.
• You are always aware of what the weather currently is, so long as you are able to see the sky, feel the wind or similar.
• Once per long rest, you may attempt to influence the weather to change. Make a DC 18 Wisdom check, if you pass you alter the weather patterns to create your choice of weather within 5 miles of you.  This check may be made more difficult if any spells, creatures or other weather witches are also affecting the weather within this region.
