You have contracted the virus by some means and now gain the following;

Benefits.

 - Vampiric Speed, you gain a +10 to your movement speed and jumping or climbing do not cost you extra movement.

 - Otherworldy Charm, you get advantage on CHA (Persuasion) checks.

 - Dark vision, 60ft

 - Immortal Being, as a vampire you do not age nor do you require sleep, food or water.

 - Vampiric Sight, you can see invisibility for up to 5ft around you at will. 

 

Negatives.

 - Blood Drinker, As a vampire you must digest the blood of a mortal at least once every 24 hours or suffer 1 point of exhaustion for each sequential day, a substitute can be used but will have to be taken more often to be sustained.

 - Night Walker, being in direct sunlight gives you disadvantage on all attack rolls and saving throws (not ability checks), if in direct sunlight for more than 5 hours you take 3 D6 fire damage every hour you remain in sunlight.

 - Hated and Feared, People throughout time have had different experiences with vampires, most of them bad, this has lead the local villagers and city folk to drive away, capture and kill them on sight. 

 - Unwanted Guest, You cannot enter the private abode of someone without their permission but once it has been granted you can come and go as you please.

 - Liquid Enemy, As a vampire you are weak to natural running water, every time you start your turn on any body of water you take your level x2 Radiant damage.
