Force Choke

You’ve developed the psionic skills necessary to hold down a creature with your mind. You gain the following benefits:

• You may attempt to concentrate and perform a psionic grapple on a creature you can see within 15 ft of you. When you do so, the target must succeed on a Strength saving throw against a DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Intelligence modifier or be grappled. A creature can willingly fail this save. At the end of each of its turns, the target can make another Strength saving throw. On a success, the grapple ends on the target. The grapple also ends if you are more than 15 ft away or you lose your concentration.
• You can use your action to try to choke a creature grappled by you. To do so, the target must succeed on a Strength saving throw against a DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Intelligence modifier or suffocate. This lasts until the grapple ends or you lose your concentration. At the end of each of its turns, the target can make another Strength saving throw ending the suffocation on a success. You must use your action on your following turns to maintain the choke. This ability can be used a number of times equal to your Intelligence modifier per long rest.
