At the start of each of your turns you may choose one ally you can see within 30 feet of you. The chosen ally loses 1d10 + your constitution modifier hit points, and you gain the same number of hit points. If you are incapacitated, you make no choice; instead the closest ally within 30 feet is the chosen ally.
