Hedge Magic

Your study among the unschooled mages in the wilderness has yielded some novel results. Choose one of the following features, you may take this feat more than once, choosing a different feature each time.

• Critter Shape: You can use your action to magically assume the shape of a beast with a CR of 0 and no flying speed that you have seen before for 1 hour. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your spellcasting ability modifier (minimum 1). You regain expended uses when you finish a long rest.
• Diabolical Dabbling: You gain one Warlock eldritch invocation of your choosing that does not have any prerequisites.
• Novel Methods: You gain 2 sorcery points and 1 metamagic option of your choosing. You regain all sorcery points when you finish a long rest.
• Trivial Casting: Once per long rest you can use an action to convert one spell slot of 5th level or lower spell slot into a number of 1st level spell slots equal to that spell slot's level.
• Blood Magic: You can expend one hit die to add the rolled amount to a spell attack roll or heal a creature the rolled hit points + spellcasting modifier. When you do this you also immediately suffer the damage equal to the rolled value. You have two uses of this feature, which you regain on a long rest.
• Lonely Magician: You learn the Tiny Servant spell if you do not already know it. In addition one object that you animate with this spell remains until dispelled.
