Requirement: Artificer class
Number of charges: equal to intelligence modifier (minimum of 1)
allows you to Duel Cast or Combo Cast
Duel Cast: You may consume your action and bonus action and one charge in order to cast two spells at once as long as the total spell level is equal to or less than your player level
Combo Cast: You may consume your Action, Bonus Action, and one Charge in order to cast two spells of the same School together, telling your GM the desired outcome of the combination, if it is the first time your have combined the two spells you must make and Intelligence(Arcana) check to see if you succeed in the casting or it fails, consumeing all actions and charges
