Devils Rage

Feeling the rage of Devils and Man alike, Fire envelops the user and enters their veins when they first activate this Feat, filling their veins with hell fire. Upon this happening, the user gets the ability to fire a flamethrower like bout of hell fire, enveloping the target. The target must make a DC DEX save. If they pass they take half damage and doesn't get set on fire, if they fail they get set on fire for two rounds and take 10d10 fire damage. Over the two rounds they take 2d8 burn damage. 

This feat can be used once per long rest.
