"Hamon" or "Ripple" is a old breathing method that gives the user the power of the rays of the sun used by worriers of Hamon to battle the undead. Hamon can be used by monks at third level with way of ripple. As a bonus action, you can spend 1 ki point to infuse your unarmed strikes or any conductive object with Hamon for a number of rounds equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of 1).
