Once per week, if caught by the authorities, you can get away with a crime considered no worse than a misdemeanor. This can include : petty theft, public intoxication, simple assault, disorderly conduct, trespassing, vandalism or first time possession of small amounts of certain drugs (At the DM's discretion).
If caught by the same constabulary in the same week commiting the same, or any other misdemeanor, you can try to bribe your way out of it with a DC 10 intimidation or persuasion check (whichever is higher).
If successful you must pay 30GP for their silence (you cannot attempt the bribe if you lack the funds to do so). If you are caught once more or the bribe fails you are at the mercy of the law just like everyone else.
