The Celestial language of the gods contains the power to communicate across language barriers for those that can master its secrets.
- You learn the Celestial language.
- Increase your Intelligence or Wisdom score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- When speaking Celestial you may alter how listeners perceive your words: all creatures who hear you and know at least one language can understand your words even if they don't ordinarily understand the Celestial language OR all creatures who hear you and know at least one language hear your words in their native language as if you were a native speaker OR all creatures who hear you hear your words in a language and accent you specify, enabling you to pass yourself off as a native speaker. While using any of these options creatures who hear you and understand Celestial will recognize that you are speaking Celestial.

Like this:
