Your Warforged Integrated Protection is reinforced with adamantine plating, one of the hardest substances in existence, and deflects strikes that would kill others.
- While adopting Composite Plating you gain the following benefits:
- Any critical hit against you becomes a normal hit.
- Bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage that you take from non-magical weapons is reduced by 2.
- While adopting Heavy Plating you gain the following benefits:
- Any critical hit against you becomes a normal hit.
- Bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage that you take from non-magical weapons is reduced by 3.
NOTE: This feat cannot be combined with the Mithral Body, Heavy Armor Master, or Medium Armor Master feats.

If the author is still active and still taking suggestions, maybe make the composite give a bonus to movement speed because then why would anyone take it over the heavy plating.
You'd use composite plating if you only had proficiency in medium armor. Since this type of feat is not otherwise available for those with medium armor proficiency, it will still be a very worthwhile option to have as a warforged.
