Your type becomes dragon instead of humanoid/fey/giant etc... for any relevant purposes.
You also gain a breath weapon, 60-foot line that is 5 feet wide, Dexterity saving throw with the DC = 8 + your Charisma modifier + your Strength modifier, the damage equals 5d12 (your chosen dragon type) damage.
You also gain proficiency in Charisma or Strength saving throws.
