By creating a magical calculation using symbology you are allowed to cast any spell you are able to know as part of your default class spell list. This symbol however must be Made using Blood [or other life giving fluid. written as blood for the rest of the description]. Where it comes from and the spell you're trying to replicate determine how much [aka how intricate a ritual you're casting]
- if the blood comes from a non sentient animal, constructions, and non sentient brings require you use twice as much.
- if the creature is sentient but unwilling or does not know what you intend to use the blood for, follow the rules below,
- if the being know what you are doing and is willing reduce the blood need to a 3rd.
- blood is only attainable from a corpse for one hour after death.
- being cannot be undead.
- you cannot resurrect a being that has had it blood drained
- if the spell is used to create something, a certain amount of matter must be used that is equal to its GP, or its size GM discretion. this does not apply to summoning.
- if necessary round numbers up.
blood needed for a ritual is calculated as the spell level you want to cast it at, multiplied by 3. take this number and reduce the current HP of a living creature by that amount. if the creature is currently dead when harvesting you can only attain enough blood from that corpse equal to Half its HP. If the collection of blood would kill the being the rest of its blood is considered tainted and unusable.
if you take this spell during leveling up [or creating a character] you cannot use any cantrips without using this spell, all cantrips will count as 1st level spells. if you learn this spell otherwise this does not apply to you.

Posted May 26, 2020this version is currently kinda weird due to the fact you cant just add as many spells as you want in beyond. the way id work it is just have you the gm let you switch it out as much as you want so you can keep references. this is honestly gonna become its on class once beyond allows it, but for now itll just be a cool feat to mess with on the default classes.
