You have the ability to use psionic energy to help you push through both physical and mental trauma. You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• If your Psionic Talent die is available, you can use an action to roll your psionic talent die and shut off your pain receptors for a number of rounds equal to the number rolled. For the duration, when you make a Constitution saving throw, you can treat a roll of 9 or lower on the d20 as a 10. Once this effect effect ends, you must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 1 level of exhaustion. Once you take this action, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest.
• If your Psionic Talent die is available, you can use an action to roll your psionic talent die and shut off your emotional centers of your brain for a number of rounds equal to the number rolled. For the duration, you are immune to being both charmed and frightened. Once this effect effect ends, you must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 1 level of exhaustion. Once you take this action, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest.
