Troll's Constitution

A creature with this feat regenerates a number of hit points every turn equal to their constitution modifier. Creatures who reach 0 hit points with this feat are knocked unconscious, but cannot outright be killed unless the damage type used is fire. If their turn begins and they have 0 hit points, they regain 1 hit point and recover normally afterward. They remain unconscious for 1d4 hours.
