- Increase your Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- As long as you have not willingly caused direct harm to another creature, your AC is increased by your proficiency bonus. This bonus is lost if you intentionally deal damage to another creature, but can be regained after a short rest.
