Your body and blood thrums with psionic energy allowing you to shrug off massive amounts of elemental damage. You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• When you finish a long rest, you can choose one of the following damage types acid, cold, fire, lightning, or thunder. When you do so, the psionic energy in your blood builds a natural resistance to the chosen damage type until you complete a long rest.
• If your Psionic Talent die is available, you can cause a sudden burst of psionic energy to channel through you in response to you taking elemental damage. When this is done, you cast the absorb elements spell, requiring no components. When you start casting the spell, your Psionic Talent die decreases by one die size. Constitution is your spellcasting ability for this spell.
