Fey Raven of Mount Asgard

As a member of the Tanagran clan from high up Mount Asgard, each member of the tribe on their "Ascension Day" from child into adult, is bestowed and connected with a fey raven native to the etherial plains bound there. First as permanent link to the Great Library and her knowledge, then as companion and guardian, and then only if necessary, story-sender, the fey familiar can take the tales of the deceased Tanagran back to their people and the Great Library--should their voice never make it home.
