Boon of Discharge

You can store static electricity and discharge it in large bursts to damage and paralyze enemies. You can either fire a concentrated blast at a target, a piercing line shot, or a large burst around you.

If fired in a concentrated blast, make a ranged spell attack (120ft). On hit, the beam does 1d10 lightning damage and the target must make a Constitution Saving Throw vs your saving throw dc. On a fail, the target is paralyzed for 1 minute. The damage of this use increases by 1d10 when you reach 5th level (2d10), 11th level (3d10), and 17th level (4d10).

If fired in a piercing line shot (30ft), all targets in the line make dexterity saving throws. On a fail, each target takes 2d6 lighting damage and are paralyzedfor a turn. Targets that successfully save take half damage and are not paralyzed. The damage of this use increases by 1d6 when you reach 5th level (4d6), 11th level (6d6), and 17th level (8d6).

If you use the stored electricity to release a large burst of voltage around you (15ft), all creatures within range must make dexterity saving throws. On a fail, the target takes 3d10 damage and is paralyzed for 1 minute. Targets that successfully save take half damage and are not paralyzed. The damage of this use increases by 3d10 when you reach 5th level (6d10), 11th level (9d10), and 17th level (12d10).

However, you can only use this mutation a few times each short rest before you paralyze yourself. To paralyze yourself, you must consume all of your discharge charges (for any use). Every short rest the number of charges resets. Concentrated blast has charges equal to 1 + CON mod, Piercing shot has charges equal to 1 * CON mod, and Full Discharge has 1 charge at level 1 and 2 charges at level 11. If you reach 0 charges, you are paralyzed for 1 minute and your intelligence drops to 1 for an hour. When paralyzed, you can make a constitution saving throw vs your own spell dc at the end of every turn.
