Increase your Constitution or Wisdom score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
Once per long rest, when an ally within 10ft of you is targeted by a physical range/melee/spell attack (before it has been rolled), and you have not used all of your moment that round; you may use your reaction to throw yourself into the line of fire and take the attack in their place.
Movement: If there is an unoccupied space between the attacker and your ally, move there. If not, you move to occupy the current space of your ally and shove your ally to an unoccupied space of your choice within 5 ft of your new location.
Attack:
AC: If the attack is directed to AC, the roll now contests your own AC
Saving throw: If the attack involves a saving throw, you roll with your own. Dexterity saves gain disadvantage.
AoE: If the attack is an Area of Effect, you automatically fail your save to give your ally advantage if they are still within the affected area.
This feat can not be used on attacks that ignore cover, with the exception of AoE
