Close Quarters Fighting

You are adept at fighting in close proximity and using cramped spaces to your advantage. You gain the following benefits

• Your Strength or Constitution Score increases by 1 to a maximum of 20.
• Whenever a creature makes a shove or grapple attempt with you as the target or when they stand up from prone within your reach, they provoke an opportunity attack from you.
• Creatures you are grappling have disadvantage on attack rolls except with one handed weapons and can only target you.
• You can make a grapple attempt in place of an opportunity attack
