Greater Mark of Storm

Your dragonmark increases in power, heightening your intuitive control of the weather around you. You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Dexterity or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• The die you add to ability checks using your Windwright's Intuition trait changes to a d6.
• You learn the fog cloud and sleet storm spells, each of which you can cast once without expending a spell slot. You regain the ability to cast these two spells in this way when you finish a long rest. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.

Option: Siberys Mark of Storm
At the DM’s option, a character who has the Greater Mark of Storm feat has a chance of manifesting even greater power: a Siberys dragonmark. Upon reaching 13th level, such a character has a 10 percent chance of gaining the following benefit:

• You learn the control weather spell and can cast it once without expending a spell slot. You regain the ability to cast it in this way when you finish a long rest. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for this spell.

If the character fails to gain this benefit, they have a 10 percent chance the next time they gain a level.
