When you take this feat, you can choose a single feature from another class that is of the same level as you are. If you take a feature that grants more options at higher levels, such as Eldritch Invocations, you can only take the base number of options. Spellcasting and Pact Magic are not a valid option. You may take this feat multiple times; each time, you must select a different class feature.
