This seems far too broken. The only thing similar too this is what the barbarian gets at level 20, and you get lots of additional effects. I recommend not having the part about saving throws. At level 20 you get a +18 to everything if you're proficient. You don't need advantage when the lowest you can roll is a 19.

  Also, what does "you can't feel emotions" mean? As in, roleplay wise, it seems very interesting. But my opinion is maybe having a penalty to charisma, because sometimes in groups (and I speak from experience) it tends to drift away from roleplay and then you have no disadvantage at all.

Overall its a good idea, but it could just use a little refinement. But once you do a little editing, I would love to utilise it in my games.

I am a little confused about the "Feat Type: LEGENDARY FEAT" part but I'm sure that's contextualised in your campaign. That said, this feels far too powerful for most tables. I'm not sure if there's much point in putting it online? It feels like it's from a heavily homebrewed style of play.

This would have a severe disadvantage in rp, but would be too annoying to play with, and is too powerful. This would make a character devoid of meaning. that's a problem.

If I could change one thing about this, it would be that your charisma cap is now 18, as to make up for you not having emotions.

First of all, what is a legendary feat? Second, you would be able to go up to 34, not 32. Third, why does having abnormal intelligence stop you from feeling emotion? That makes no sense. 4th, your syntax is wrong.
