You fully give in to the divine spark of Dazz inside of you, being able to become his avatar for a whole combat. You gain the special ability Apotheosis of Extinction.
Apotheosis of Extinction (unlocked at level 16): By spending your Inspiration and all your HDs, you can become the avatar of death until the end of the current combat. You can do so as an Action or as a Reaction when in the presence of Undead or when you kill a creature. If you had previous levels of exhaustion or conditions they are ignored while you are in this form. You immediately gain three levels of exhaustion after using this ability or if you lose this form by reaching 0 Hit Points.
While in this form, you become a skeleton made of tupid water and obsidian bones, slippery and deadly. You immediately summon Grim Resolve and can use the Syphon of the Depths as a Bonus Action, also being able to use Soul Eater once per round, if applicable. Those abilities have no cost besides their required action during this transformation.
All undead creatures in the area will recognize you as an avatar of death itself. You can, as an action, force all undead up to 15 feet to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your Proficiency modifier + your Intelligence modifier). On a failed save, they must obey your commands until your transformation is over. Undead of a lower CR than your level that make the save will still have Disadvantage to attack you. Undead of equal or higher level than yours that make the save are unaffected.
You also gain Resistance to Necrotic Damage and cannot be affected by any Disease or the Poisoned Condition. Any spell that would kill you while you are above half your HP total will just lower you to 1 HP. You move as a liquid shadow of death, gaining a swim speed of 30 feet and can swim like if you were a water creature, also being able to breath.
An aura of death extends around you. All enemy targets that end their turn in a 10 feet radius from you suffer your Proficiency modifier in necrotic damage.
