You fully give in to the divine spark of Crom inside of you, being able to become his avatar for a whole combat. You gain the special ability Apotheosis of the Moon
Apotheosis of the Moon (unlocked at level 16): By spending your Inspiration and all your HDs, you can become the avatar of war until the end of the current combat. You can do so as an Action or as a Reaction when you suffer any weapon damage in combat. If you had previous levels of exhaustion or conditions, they are ignored while you are in this form. You immediately gain three levels of exhaustion after using this ability or if you lose this form by reaching 0 Hit Points.
While in this form, you become a Large wolf-life warior that will scour the battlefield. You immediately summon Wolf´s Tooth, although it doesn´t require a hand, since it becomes a bite attack (as if held in two hands), and you can use the Howl of Battle as a Bonus Action, also being able to use Unstoppable once per round, if applicable. Those abilities have no cost besides their required action during this transformation.
While in this form you can attack with Wolf´s Tooth once per round with your Bonus Action. All attacks you make, no matter the weapon, deal an additional 1d6 Thunder damage.
All melee attacks you do gain the Reach property. This also applies to melee spell attacks.
You gain your Proficiency in regeneration, healing you at the start of every turn. You also gain Resistance to Thunder Damage and cannot be affected by any Fear or Exhaustion effect. You move at the speed of a deadly hyena, ignoring all kinds of difficult terrain and gain 20 feet to your normal speed.
