Prerequisite: Strength or Dexterity 13 or higher

• If you are already proficient with all standard simple weapons you gain proficiency with martial weapons. Otherwise, you gain proficiency with simple weapons.
• If you are already proficient with medium armor, you gain proficiency with heavy armor. If you are already proficient with light armor, you gain proficiency with medium armor and shields. Otherwise, you gain proficiency with light armor.
• If you take this feat and you are already proficient with all standard martial weapons, you increase your Strength or Dexterity by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• If you take this feat and you are already proficient with all armor, you can increase you Strength or Dexterity by 1, to a maximum of 20.

You can select this feat multiple times.
