Unarmed Adept

You've been trained in basic hand to hand combat by a master of the arts, and now gain the following benefits:

• You gain either a +1 to your Dex or Wisdom
• You may now use Dex for your unarmed attacks, and gain 1d4 strikes with your unarmed attacks.
• You have unlocked a small bit of your Ki and gain a single ki point. You can use this Ki to use the Flurry of Blows feature, and regain this spent ki when you finish a long rest
