Improved Primal Dragonmark

Requires a Primal Dragonmark

Your Primal Dragonmark has increased in strength.

• Increase your Constitution score by 1, increasing the maximum value by 1 as well.
• You learn 2nd level spell of you choice. Once you cast this spell you must complete a short or long rest before it can be cast again.
• When you cast the 2nd-level spell through your mark, you can expend two of your Hit Dice and roll it. For each of the die. If the die is even you receive  temporary hit points equal to the value of that die, adding the values together if they are both even. If the die is odd, one random creature within 30 feet of you (not including you) takes force damage equal to the number rolled which the die being added together if both are odd. If both of the values are the same the result will be doubled.
