Awaken the Root Chakra

The red chakra at the root of the spine awakens granting earthen stability.
As an action you may spend 3 ki points to activate the following abilities for one minute:

You have resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from nonmagical attacks.

You can use your action to create a small earthquake on the ground in a 15-foot radius centered on you. Other creatures on that ground must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone.

Once you have used this ability you can not do so until after you have taken a short rest.
