Dryad Image

Certain creatures who devote themselves to the forest are able to themselves become one with the forest becoming a Dryad. You become the caretaker of an ancient tree or forest, binding yourself to it. You gain a certain amount of features due to your new nature with the forest.

Treebound. You bind yourself to an ancient tree or forest. While you are bound to the tree or forest you do not need to eat, sleep, drink, or breathe. However, you do need to return to the tree or forest once every 24 hours or gain a level of exhaustion.

Tree Stride. You gain the ability to enter a tree as a free action, that matches your size or larger. Then, you may spend 10 feet of your movement to appear inside another tree up to 60 feet away from you that matches your size or larger. You may exit the tree as a free action.

Woodland Magic. You can speak to plants  and animals and they understand you. You may cast Entangle and Charm Person once per short or long rest at 1st level without spending a spell slot. You may also cast Barkskin on yourself once per short or long rest without spending a spell slot.

Plant Shape. A Druid may use their Wild Shape feature to assume the shape of a plant, or plant creature that you have seen.
