Lesser Therianthropy

As an action, you can twist, bend and morph your body into a beast or humanoid form. The transformation lasts for one hour, or until the target drops to 0 hit points or dies. You can activate this ability up to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1). You regain all uses after finishing a long rest.

When morphing into a humanoid, your size changes into the size of the chosen humanoid race. A creature with truesight can see past this transformation.

When morphing into a beast, you attain the same conditions of the polymorph spell. You can only turn into a beast of CR 1/2 or lower.
