Dragons Claws, Dragons Tail, Dragons Wings, Dragons Eyes or Dragons Breath. Your form will change depending on which aspect of the dragon influences your body.

Dragon wings - Wings sprout from your shoulder blades giving you a flying speed of 60 ft.
Dragon eyes - Your eyes become those of a dragon giving you keen vision and the ability to see things that are hidden. This gives you advantage on sight Wisdom (perception) checks and the ability to see things that are invisible.
Dragons breath - A new Organ develops inside of your body allowing you to use dragons breath as a bonus action. The breath element typing depends on which dragon color your feature is modeled after. You may choose this or the DM may choose it for you.
